Week 2 Blog- Sons of Liberty

In this picture, the Sons of Liberty are portrayed as brave people.  They would have to be brave to be surrounded by guns and knives like that and be completely unaffected.  The author seems to be for the Sons of Liberty, because he is making them look like brave leader-ish people, plus there is a bright light coming out from behind them like "Yay the Sons are here!  Cast your fear away!".  In the picture, I like how you can't see the colonists' faces, which makes them look all fancy and mysterious.  I also like how there are quite a lot of British redcoats but there are only 2 Sons of Liberty, and they don't look as fancy and schncronized as the British and their little matching outfits.  What i DON'T like about the picture is that it is kind of hard to tell if the author likes or dislikes the Sons of Liberty, because he's making both sides loook pretty scary.
I probably would have joined the Sons of Liberty (if I was a son), because it seems like a fun little partay with every meeting.  By that I mean you can protest things you don't like, and it actually works sometimes, plus you get to do all these fun activities with people who think like you do and want to change the way things are.
